Shelby is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University with a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. Serving in vocational ministry with her husband has given Shelby a passion for encouraging and supporting individuals and families in ministry through counseling. Shelby’s goal is to help people who are hurting find healing and hope, and she believes anybody is capable of having a life full of meaning and wholeness regardless of where their journey has taken them.

Shelby has a passion for walking alongside individuals and couples who feel stuck and need help adjusting to new circumstances or healing from past hurt. She specializes in couples counseling, infertility support, and counseling for young adults in life transitions. Shelby enjoys serving in student ministry alongside her husband and spending time with family, friends, traveling, being outdoors, and reading. Shelby is under the supervision of Jenny Deitz, LMFT-S (#201890).
